Lying on its side in the dark. Rainy outside. Dusty in here. The small window bleeds cold light. Regret. Fear. And then, music. From outside. It peers out of the window and sees the trees beyond the gate. And there, pale and tall, a lady with an accordion. It smiles. It hurries downstairs. It opens the door. It steps out into the rain and crosses over to the gate. The lady is there, playing music and smiling. It unlatches the gate. It steps beyond the safety of the wall towards the smiling lady.
