Ten hours a day, five days a week, he gazes into a white screen and moves a set of data from one place to another. Again and again. When he gets home he nestles down and stares at another screen for all the things he must do. Food shop. Utilities. Job search. Then there is the entertainment screens and the social screens. But his favourite screen is a little window to a misted terrarium filled with green. He'll watch it for an hour and wonder at the microcosm of life inside. He wonders if there is someone out there watching him on the big screen. He wonders what kind of show his life makes.
