Mad Dog

He paces up and down the yard in his uniform. The two officers watch him from the window above.

'What do you do with a man like that?'

'You keep him about. Useful to have.'

'Dangerous.'

'Exactly.'

'How do you keep him controlled?'

'You give him something to chase.'

'We're not at war anymore.'

'Improvise.'
