Crowds watched on from their screens at home, as whirligigs with cameras circled the proceedings, broadcasting them to the world. A marriage for the ages, only half because of the super celebrity status of the couple, but also because one of the grooms falls down dead halfway through. It is not outrage that is the prevailing feeling, but excitement and curiosity. It is not grief of the death that is most cared for, but the grief of the media circus that will hound the family. The trial in the courts is the minor battle, the trial of the media is the major one.
