We were deployed after police failed to issue a warrant for arrest. This was back in '91. We had the compound surrounded and after three hours of negotiations going nowhere we went in. Those crazy bastards just ran at us with knives from the kitchens. They thought they were bulletproof. Never seen so many people die so quick and so close. Their leader, who we had the warrant for, clearly understood that he wasn't bulletproof and unlike his followers, gave himself up.
